A and A Scales

The owner is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He has refused to answer phone calls regarding our need to know how to calibrate a scale we purchased from him. We raise show pigs and are heading out of the state to a national show the day after Christmas. He did initially answer the phone (we had him on speaker phone because we were all outside standing at the scale waiting to hear and follow instruction from him as to how to fix it) and as soon as he realized he was talking to a woman, and heard men in the background, he straight up told me he would "rather talk with him."
Once my friend got on the phone with him, he said it again - "I would much rather talk with you." We all heard it as he was still on speaker phone. I said "what an as" and the owner heard that, and hung up on my friend. We tried calling back several times as we desperately need this scale calibrated and wont answer the phone. I also emailed him but have yet to receive a response.
If anyone knows about scale calibration and can help us PLEASE let me know!

Unbelievable negative customer service. Ordered cable for scale and they sell took credit card. 8 weeks later,8 phone calls and email...no results or cable. Won’t answer phone from me. We are a veterinary hospital and require scale 30 times per day. Conversation with owner shows this is a game with him...smug, giddy, and almost laughing about situation. Worst experience with any business in my life. No resolve of situation expected. I think he gets excitement playing games with customers. STAY AWAY from his products! Should be run out of business. He also sells on Amazon! STAY CLEAR!!!

Customer service is an oxymoron with this firm. Never had such a negative experience in 26 years of purchasing.
