Dear Revdex.com, This is the first e mail I recieved on this matterI checked back to August and did not find anotheras far as this customer, this is the first I have heard of her problemI am a year veteran automotive technition who holds a masters degree in automotive vocational education who taught auto mechanics for years prior to opening my shop years ago11,customers have passed through this shop in those years and I have never been slandered in such a dispicable way.Do I sound like a technition that would allow a customer to leave with a RIGGED UP CAR? the only thing we did to ms weavers car was to verifie she had low freon level and added refrigeant and dye to her system (Called on her reciept a Test charge with dye) and that was itwe told her to return the next day so we could look for the leakI dont know if she is pulling a fast one or a scam to extort monies from us but she never called me to tell me she had a problemIf she thought we did somthing wrong she should of at least called meThat rig job may have been there hidden from us from a previous repair shop when we charged the system, it may have alowed the faulty switch to drain the battery we will never know nowIt all sounds too fishy to me, that she would go directly to another shop without at least calling ussince she did not give me the oppertunity to help her before another shop" fixed" her car I am unable to repond to her underhanded requestAnd if I continue to hear negitive reviews of this matter on any other media I will file with our local justice for damages of Slander.If you have any other questionsplease feal free to call meMon-Fri 8am-5pm###-###-####SincerlyArchie V [redacted] Owner A and J Auto Maintenance Center

Review: I took my car to A and J to have my AC repaired. They said it had a leak and filled it and put dye in it to find leak next time. They charged it also. The charges were $100.70. The AC worked great on the drive home, better than ever! So, the very next day, I go to start my car; will not start. It's completely dead. I mean so dead that the dash lights wouldn't come on. I got a jump and took it to a different garage. They said my battery needed replaced. Purchased battery. Next day--car won't start. It's completely dead again. Took it back to second garage. Here is what first garage did: A and J cut a wire and rigged another wire to another part of my car, so that the AC was running from that (that's probably why it was better than ever). This drained my battery..had my AC drawing from the battery 24 hours a day whether my car was on or not. They never put the dye in the AC system or at least the second garage couldn't find any. The second garage also didn't think it was ever charged. They also said my battery was probably fine before they rigged the wire incorrectly. So I had to get the battery replaced, had to pay to have the second garage fix the first garage's mistake. The battery cost $101.82. The repairs to fix my car from them messing it up were $116.58.So, A and J did not properly fix my AC. They rigged it up to look like it was fixed which killed my battery. I then had to pay for a new battery and for another garage to clean up their mess.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $100.70 that I paid to fix my AC originally. I would also like them to compensate me for the battery I had to replace due to their deceit, $101.82. I would also like compensated for what I paid for the garage to fix the damage they caused and actually fix my AC which was caused by faulty AC switch116.58 . Had A and J replaced the faulty AC switch, I would never have had any problems. They probably expected me to come back and pay them more $. Grand total: $319.10.
