A and L Tree Care

Received a quote for $435.00 from [redacted] of this company for chipping to be done on my property. Work was to be done September 16, 2012. It was not done. [redacted] called me and asked for more money stating that he under quoted the job. I declined since he saw the property before he made the quote. I received many phone calls from [redacted] over the next weeks with excuses as to why the work was not done. He cashed my check on September 19, 2012.I heard nothing from him then until early October when he called me and begged forgiveness for the delay and that he would chip the whole field for the initial quote. I again heard nothing from him for two more weeks until I called him again. At that time he said he would take care of the work on 10.14.12. he never showed up. I called 10.16.12 and left message that work needed to be done or refund my money.He came on October 17th and did about 1/2 of the chipping stating he broke his machine and he thought we were "square". I sent him a letter on October 20, 2012 requesting a refund of $145.00 to compensate me for the work not completed.He has not responded to my letter.At this point I would like the entire amount of $435.00 refunded for all of the inconvenience he has caused.
