mistreatment of her sonThe person registering the complaint originally came into the facility complaining her son was sent home full of dried feces in his training pants and dried debris in his noseMother was told the child was check by director, teacher and uncle (individual who picked him up) and he was dry when he left the facilityThe training pants and rubber pants were placed on child prior to leaving, he wore a pu(daycare supplied) all dayMother asked to view the video and was granted permission even though she and her aunt were very rude, utilizing foul language .Mother watched video unable to substantiate allegationsDirector had to depart, when the director returned an employee informed her (director), the mother claimed an employee laid down and picked up her son inappropriatelyState inspector viewed the tape and denied the allegationLater the same day the mother returned requesting director view what the mother deemed inappropriate action by employeesThe director was teaching a class and asked the mother to return after hours (6:p.m.) to go over the videoThe director waited until 7:the mother never showed up.The mother returned the following day requesting her money back because she of what she alleged to be inappropriate behavior on the videoThe requested was denied, the child attended child care the entire monthLater that day the director was informed the mother planned a trip out of town and needed the money to fund the tripA copy of the video was never requested and would not have been granted if the request had been made.The mother complained she was missing her child's training pants (she brought two pair)Because the facility had no means of denying they were lost at daycare, the facility replaced the training pants and rubber pants and a tracking protocol was put in place to insure the pants were brought in and sent homeWhen the two pair were soiled the daycare provided pull-ups at daycare expenseMother failed to report she brought the child to daycare without pull-ups or training pants on several occasions, and soiled, which is a form of neglect. The mother and rude aunt are angry individuals believing if they threaten or register complaints the facility will bow to their demands as evidenced by the mother's threat to an employeeShe told the teacher all of the children in her family were potty trained by one and if the teacher didn't start potty training her child correctly she (the teacher) would have to deal with herThe director had to explain to the mother, employee discipline was the job of the director, her place is to register complaint with the directorShe was assured the director would investigate and deal with the employeeThe mother is young, relying on the influence of her aunt who's tactic is to expel threats when her demands are not adhered toA and M daycare is not perfectbut we do our best to hold to standards and correct areas where we are weakIn this case the complainant unjust in her accusations.*** ***
