Review: A & M is targeting those individuals that are legally parked in visitor parking for towing. I am disabled and the person who transported me home was threatened with his vehicle being towed away unless $93.59 was paid immediately. This is fraudulent; discriminatory, and just plain evil business practices and needs to be addressed and recorded.Desired Settlement: They need to issue a credit/refund to my credit card for the $93.59 they extorted from me!!!!!

Review: two of my cars were towed the same day by this company I was moving from my apartment complex that same day and one of my cars was parked near a firezone so they can get away with that but my other car was parked in my parking spot where its always been parked we dont require parking passes or anything I was moving so I was putting my belongings in storage and I went to go get my car a [redacted] and as im there I find out my [redacted] is now there also so now I have to pay for two cars .they towed my [redacted] for trespassing I was going to get my [redacted] right after I picked up my [redacted] it seems they wanted both of my cars towed for money its completely illegal I was not trespassing it was the same day I was moving I could only afford to take [redacted] out and theu said they charge 155 the first day of tow thats alot the same day and they add about 18 a day after so now there ranking up the charges hoping I dont get it so they could sell it its a expensive car this is not rightDesired Settlement: I want them to drop all the charges on my [redacted] to get it out should be free because there was no reason for it to be towed or if I pay for it before this happens I want a refund

Review: I am a resident of [redacted], and have submitted a property damage report to them in regards to a towing of a vehicle, my car, that was in their system and should never have been towed. They, [redacted] the manager, corrected the issue immediately and told the towing company to bring my car back immediately. When the towing truck company returned my car, they returned it damaged, missing part of the front passenger side window guard exposing the vehicle to the weather and theft. When I called them regarding the damage, they denied it of course. It is clear they removed/broke this part of the door by the window to gain access to my car, which they denied and then hung up on me. [redacted] from the [redacted] has filed a report, I have filed a report as well, she has a picture of the area in question and also inspected it as well and noted that it appears to be new damage. She has tried to discuss the issue with the towing company as well and was equally dissatisfied with their lack of taking responsibility for their actions. I have already told her I was filing a police report regarding the incident and I am filing it against the tow truck company for damages caused. The towing company is called A & M Towing, [redacted], ###-###-####. Please see attached copy of my report, and [redacted] at the [redacted] states you can contact her for the report she filed as well as her emails back and forth from her to A & M Towing, as well as a copy of the emails to/from [redacted] and I regarding the issue.Everything is in my report to the [redacted], I've included a picture, call [redacted] at the [redacted] for a copy of her report as well at ###-###-####. I have filed a complaint and claim with my auto insurance as well and they are going after A & M for damages, and [redacted] at the [redacted] is in the process of canceling their contract as they have done things similar this to several other residents as well.Desired Settlement: I want them the be held responsible for their actions and to know they should not be allowed to act ambiguously and without repercussions for they actions and the damage they cause. It was clear when both I and the [redacted] manager called them they have no respect and refuse to accept reponsibility for damage they cause to vehicles, which apparently per the manager has happened on numerous occasions. I contacted the Manchester Police Department, filed a claim and complaint with my insurance [redacted].
