A and N Mortgage

My wife and I have had a problem with AN homes since May of 2013. The staff at AN homes are unprofessional and they do not take time to explain there invoice. Today is 10/31/2013 and we just received past due charges and past due payment for 11/25/2013. We have bank receipts to prove we payed 1390 for September and 1388 for August and 1388 for July . They took it upon themselves to take money from our house payment to pay for other fees without permission causing us to fall behind without us knowing. When my wife called to correct it employees at AN homes gave her the runaround and told her they did not tell us because we didn't ask. Then the supervisor called us back saying he didn't need to talk or fix anything with us. I have two children and two dogs we cannot have there negligence put us on the street , please help. There is also electrical plumbing and openings in this supposed new mobile home.
