Review: I bought a nissan murano with vin number [redacted] from the dealer on the 17th of january, 2014. the title on the car was a salvage title I asked him why salvage title he told me he bought from the auction. I paid him the sum of $3,800.00 cash and I sent the car to port for shipment to Nigeria. about a month time a got a call from the shipper that the car was seized by the custom.the reason for seizure was that the title was altered. I contacted the dealer immedaitely about the issue, he begged me not to involve the police because it would affect his business. he promised to give me back my money or a car in exchange when I have the notice of seizure. I sent him the notice of seizure and ever since he has not honored his promise.Desired Settlement: I want the sum total I paid for the car.

He gave me a car in place of the seized car.I wish to drop all complaint against him and his business. thanks for your effort.
