Review: This company installed a concrete driveway at my home on 6/16/2012. Its barely been 2 years and there is a crack on the apron of the driveway. When I talked to [redacted] on 6/30/2014 he told me its "normal" and there is nothing he could do about it. A concrete driveway barely 2 years old and he says its "normal"? When I asked him to repair just the one section with the crack in it he said it would compromise the whole driveway. Really? I had previously complained immediately after the installation about the way the driveway looked after the sealer was applied and he ignored me. It looked like a giant snail crawled all across the driveway and left hideous zigzag lines. Instead of doing something to make the driveway look better by maybe reapplying the sealer correctly he chose to do nothing! Again he said there was nothing he could do. I really expected more from a company with a good longstanding reputation like they use to have in this city. I guess he thinks because I'm an elderly woman I wouldn't know any better.Desired Settlement: I would like replacement of cracked area and reapplication of sealer on the entire driveway.
