I contacted this company on the morning of March *, They scheduled their field technician to arrive at my home between 4-7pm At 830pm, I was informed that they would not be arriving that night because of a issue with the plumber's equipment At that point, we rescheduled for them to come the next day between 7am-10am At 9am on March **, 2016, I contacted the "Any Sewer or Drain" company and heard two of the women arguing with one another in the background about how someone should have told me the plumber doesn't get in that day until 9am Once they were done arguing with each other, one of them got back on the phone and very unprofessionally, let me know the plumber would be to me as soon as he could The plumber came and while he was here, left particles all over my bathroom from a piece of his equipment without any care at all On March **, 2016, we contacted them to come back as the issue arose with our plumbing once more I was told by a man on the phone that someone would be arriving after 12pm on March **, 3pm came and went At 3:20pm, my husband called them and they said they would be another hour At 3:35pm, the company left a voicemail on my cell phone saying that no one would be coming today and that I would need to reschedule AGAIN - Reschedule, again I contacted the company where I was immediately greeted with an attitude and everyone at the company engaged in an argument with me, as if it were my fault they couldn't make their appointment The staff is unprofessional, unethical and it seems to be the dynamic of the entire company Not to mention, leaving "particles" of plumbing equipment around someone's home is not only disgusting but dangerous to the health of those in the home
