A Apartment Movers

I used Apartment Movers upon the recommendation of Daniel Furniture to move a sofa Ipurchased threw them.On or about Nov.30th Apartment Movers delivered my sofa.On dec.7th my landlord was at the property and noticed the side door not closing with a big gap in the frame .She called Apartment Movers that same day and spoke to [redacted] who didn'nt remember the move but said call him Monday.She called Monday Dec.9th [redacted] said he would speak to [redacted] to verify the move and check it out in 24-48 hours he never did. I called [redacted] on Dec.10th He said he does remember the move and come out to look at the damages.To date no one has gotten back to me.As my landlord video taped the condition of her rentals before a tenent moves in to cover all parties there was nothing wrong with that door until Apartment Movers took apart the entire door frame(not just the door) witnessed by my tenent.My landlord's carpenter who looked at the door said when they took it apart they didn't add the shims that are needed on both sides.To repair the door is approx.$150.00.This is a job for a carpenter as the door frame had a carpenter add those shims.
