when the tech cam out to look at the washer on 7/5/2016  he could not find the location of the leak and call in for the lead tech to help find it. on Friday 7/8 he was set to come out and stated "The lady cussed me out and told  not come out due to no parts on hand". On Monday morning...

7/11 we call and made a new apt with the supervisor same day to find out what was broken and leaking .. when I arrived to the home found that the transmission seal and baring were leaking and the cap wash cracked due to the tech having a hard time taking it off due to hard water and build up . due to the amount of the parts AHS had to order the parts and approve the repair . 7/14 AHS sent a email stated part were approved and odder 5-7 office days for shipping .. after all parts arrived set apt for 7/25 for install .. when trying to take apart found the wash plate was rusted on to the transmission making it en-possible to remove and will have to cut with grinding tools and would be better to take to the office and make sure job is finished so no more trips kneaded other then to drop the finished washer repair back at the home. when she sated that was ok we went to turn off the hot and cold water found that the cold water will not shut off all the way and leaking . told the home owner cant take the washer due to the water not shutting off all the way and will bring the parts and tools when the parts come in.

With spoke to the owner and advise the owner that we will be helping pay for the cleaning Of The Carpet.We also revised or that due to her washer leaking so much oil and grease we were unable to see extensive mess until the unit was already move due to it being underneath the unit and location or...

Accessibility.We apologize for the mess And they're setting Up protocols so doesn't happen again.We appreciate her patience and understanding .

I contacted the the business today and left message. I have not received any check to cover carpet cleaning expenses.

We have called our insurance comp. and they will be taking care of all damages. sorry for the inconvenience. By now the adjuster has talked to the home owners to as the damages.

This business is horrible. I was referred to them through my home warranty program. They came out once in October, 2015 to repair a broken microwave oven. It took ten days to repair the oven and at least 2 trips out by the repairman. Then in January, 2016 the same microwave, with the same problem, was called in for service again through my home warranty program. The repairman came out, "diagnosed" the problem, "fixed" the problem and left. The microwave was used one time for 2 minutes and quit again, but this time there was a strong smell of smoke from the microwave. The company was contacted immediately, did not return my call. I had to call them back the next day and they sent a repairman out again several days later. The problem was again "diagnosed" but now they needed to order a part, which took a week, then a repairman was scheduled to come out a 3rd time. But this time, with the part, which as you might expect was the wrong part. So now, it's February 8, the microwave is not running, the part has to be reordered, and they are not returning my phone call once again. I have asked to speak with the owner, Joshua H[redacted], but he apparently doesn't return phone calls or his office personnel are not giving him the message. Horrible customer service, horrible "diagnostic" skills. The repairman, however, is extremely nice, polite, personable, and helpful. Too bad that doesn't run uphill to the owners/management. I will not be using this company for any future repairs. I would normally just go buy a new microwave, but this particular model is built in and to replace it would be nearly $650. Money I don't have to spend.

This all started around Feb. 29. We were referred to this company by [redacted]. Our dishwasher stopped cleaning the dishes. We have a warranty on the dishwasher through [redacted]. They came out and said it needed a new pump and motor. This is a top of the line dishwasher from [redacted]. We waited a week for them to come out with the new parts. Or at least, we had an appointment with this company to come out in a week. We were told that they had to cancel the appointment because they had the parts, and the parts were put on the truck, but no one could find them.

Mind you, my son has severe handicaps due to being a 20 year cancer survivor. He moved his doctor appointments around so that he could be home to meet with the repair person. My son rearranged his appointments for three weeks to be here, but of course, no person.

Finally, we were told that the repair person would come last thursday. My son was home, but on the patio when he heard a slight knock. Before he could make his way through the house, the guy was gone. My son chased him down the street while calling the company. They said he was on the other side of town. Not true--my son was looking at the truck at the stop sign on the street.

We were told they would come out on Saturday--and what an inconvenience it was for everyone. They sent a very young man. He said he tried 7 clamps, but it was still leaking. He said we would go to the ACE Hardware and buy the correct clamp. He never came back.

Now it has been over a month. On Monday. 3/21, my son again rearranged his doctor appointments. Again, even though they said he was on his way, there was a no show.

I will never work with these people again. How unprofessional they are!

According to [redacted] no parts was ever replaced on you General Electric Side by Side Refrigerator under your American Home Shield warranty. [redacted] stated that a universe control board was put on but it was removed as it didn’t fix the problem. Also I asked about the invoice #[redacted] showing a main control board had been replaced, [redacted] stated it had to be written down before the service fee could be collected . They are saying that my appliance quit working do to lack of my failure to maintain. But did not do this until 5 or 6 days after the fact and are now trying to cover their own hide. They did not state on the receipt that no work was done.Plus work was done by GE and the problem was a sealed syslem failure not anything that this company even addressed
