My refrigerator/freezer (which is at least years old), suddenly stopped working and I needed to find a repair person to either repair the appliance or to let me know whether I would need to replace the applianceNo-one that I knew, could recommend a repair person, so I was forced to find someone on my ownI went to the Revdex.com for a list of appliance repair companies, and chose A Appliance Service because they had no customer complaints, had an A+ rating, and had been in business for a whileI had a friend come over the day before to look at the fridge and he was able to give me an idea of what he suspected the problem wasI called A Appliance Service, and the owner of the business agreed to comeHe arrived in a timely manner, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what the problem was in a way that was not condescending and in laymen's termsAnother plus was that he had the necessary parts in order to make the repair and his diagnosis of the problem, matched what the friend had told me the day beforeI was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received, I felt that the owner was honest, had integrity and that it was important to him, to provide a good customer service experienceI would HIGHLY recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use A Appliance Service again if I had any needs in the future

[redacted] came out the same day - the evening of July 3rd - before a Holiday weekend, to repair my refrigerator. When I described what it had been doing, he quoted me for a replacement computer, and said that would be the worst case scenario. But he said he would check out other components first.

It turned out to be a relay which was much cheaper, and the repair ended up at a very reasonable cost. He was in and out in 45 minutes, and the refrigerator was working perfectly. I could not be more satisfied, and would recommend A Appliance Service to anyone.

I called mr [redacted] based on Revdex.com and positive reviews, he gave a time frame and showed up in the time. I had a GE ice make making only crushed ice, he took one look and pulled out the ice box thru a latch and now we get cubes. it was two minutes, so simple it was embracing. that still cost me $55 for tw0 minutes work.

Ridiculous lack of customer service, won't call us back or come finish the job they were paid to do, but certainly didn't waste time cashing our check. Lied to the home warranty company about the status of the job and is now not accepting new service calls. Ridiculous.
