The technician completed the invoice incorrectly.   I have called the customer on 9/25 at 11:40 - left a message for the customer to call me.   We will return $70 to the customer.   We do not retain credit card information.   We need this information to refund the money[redacted]

Back a service charge of $70.
I feel they did not provid any service.
Of the 5 visits they made to my home none of the technitions could determine the problem... They were simple
Parts changers... And when that didn't work they left me hanging with multiple no show visits. Finally stated they would
no longer make any further attempts.
Thus it is of my opinion they provided No Services and cost me money.
I would like the additional $70 back to call it even.

The technician left the residence to find a rest room and his son vomit on the way.
We regret we will not go to this customer's house again.
No services were rendered and no money collected.

This is funny as I had another company come out the very next day and he never saw any bugs and performed the job and was out the door in 30 minutes. I feel that he was just to lazy to do the job or just used this as an excuse to go home early.

There is nothing to reply to - our tech did not service the house and no money exchanged hands.
please have the customer forward a copy of the receipt showing another company repaired the appliance.

Unless someone plans on reimbursing the $413.00 that I paid for the repairs I'm not showing nothing because (1) it has my credit card information on it and (2) it's not warranty work and it's nobody business who I had repaired it.
