Upon delivery, it was clearly evident that unacceptable damage occurred to the customer’s personal property. Over 50% of his property was totally destroyed and in pieces. This extensive damage is only possible as a result of gross negligence. Personnel who unpacked the items were shocked to see such extensive damage. One employee stated that the shipment had been poorly packed and appeared as if the truck had crashed or the shipment had been mishandled in some other extreme manner.
The shipment was performed under Government Bill of Lading number [redacted]. The carrier is [redacted]. The primary agent (move manager) is [redacted] Moving. The packing and trucking agent is A. Arnold World Class Relocation. The property was picked up in Louisville, KY on 10 May 2013. The property was delivered to Nashville, TN on 11 June 2013.
A damage claim has been filed through the military procedures for over $11k in damages. [redacted] Inc. is handling the claim as [redacted] claim agent. The payment and repair is currently being negotiated. Revdex.com claims have been filed with all involved parties, since the customer is not privy to the fault determination.

However; this does not change the fact that unacceptable damage occurred. The responsible parties must be held accountable for their gross negligence and mishandling of the shipment.
