A Ary CoAC & Heating completely finished the job, Mr [redacted] signed that the job was completeWe were only scheduled to go back out to the house after the electrician came and start up the unitMr [redacted] disconnected all flex and duct work from plenum, he also removed both plenums from the unit and sealed the hole going beneath his houseHe did not inform us he was going to do thisHe wanted us to come back and cut a new access under his house and reconnect everything he had taken apart, and add slip joints to extend the plenum, and install new plenums since he had tore them up and left them outside in the elements We explained we could do that, but it would another fee since we had already completed the job

We sincerely regret that you feel this way, we cleaned the coil in place and used can of Coil/Foam cleaner, a scrub brush The coil looked much worse when the coil was originally cleaned compared to the picture you posted The coil had a sheet of dirt, filth, mold and dog hair that we cleaned, scraped and scrubbed Our technicians advised you that to correctly clean your coil we needed to pull it out We are unable to run water or chemicals on your coil inside while it is attached since the water and chemicals would fill up the ductwork/flex or electrical parts running under the mobile home The duct/flex getting wet would cause water damage & mold to grow causing it to have to be replaced A [redacted] CoAC & Heating takes pride in our services offering fair and honest and the best service available for our customers We practice fair and honest business practices Our technicians made after hour visits to your location and did not charge for them You stated you did not have the money for the coil change, which we would have worked with you on this We did not take Freon out we added 1LB of Freon and you paid for it

I am rejecting this response because:
You obviously have no clue what happened, and refuse to even look at the evidence I haveYes I was mad because it took the other company less than minutes to fix my unitThat means you're either negligent or maliciousI understand your past reputation and have even experienced good service from your company in the pastThis incident makes it abundantly clear something has changedI think it's more than fair to reimburse the service costs given that you made my problem worse and another company fixed the problemYes I wasn't polite to the people who just ripped me off, if you can't handle angry customers then stop making things worse and charging for itThe attached photo is the coil halfway through me cleaning it AFTER your service techs "cleaned it in place." Cleaning it further didn't help that much but the other company getting my Freon levels right didI, an unskilled HVAC layman was able to clean my own coil far better than your "professional" service techsI can't be the only customer that noticed the dramatic decline in your ability to fix an ac unit.

[redacted], stop lying. Every single call is documented, when you called and when we went out. We NEVER took freon out of your unit, we actually added a pound. Also, we cleaned your evaporator coil in place, twice. (Only charged for once) I even sent the manager of my service department to your home,...

to check over everything and make sure we exhausted our options for the service we provided. Also, that was no charge. He again told you it needed to be removed and cleaned properly. You, and your wife declined. Then I speak with you only to be threatened. You have slandered my company, telling absolute complete lies. We can only clean a coil in place so "well" because we can't use a water hose or your house would flood, obviously. Anyhow after the in place cleaning didn't solve the issue, you called on Saturday and asked about having it removed and cleaned properly. We told you rate for Saturday, which is obviously more than weekdays, and you declined. After multiple calls to my office making threats and completely not telling the truth, interest was lost in your business. I will not tolerate obscene phone calls, threats, and slander to any of my employees. There is a very good reason my Revdex.com is an A+ and my reviews are impeccable, and that my company's reputation is top notch, not to mention being in business since 1982 in Decatur TX. I have all of my documentation in place and will present it To you or anyone else., I have provided information and all documentation to my attorney, he will contact you, you will remove your slanderous, lying statement about my company. You will take responsibility for your own actions and threats to myself,  my employees, and my company. I have worked hard to achieve putting systems in place so people like you can NOT lie and my business not have recourse. I take a great amount of pride in the service I provide to all of my customers. Had you been kind when you called my office and not treated my employees like garbage, I would of happily removed the evap coil, cleaned it thoroughly, and let you make payments on the invoice. I don't turn anyone away for not having money, I will work with anyone, and help anyone out. When you won't allow us to do what we recommend, it makes it hard to solve your problem. I am rejecting this response because. If you added 1lb of Freon then why did the other a/c company adding Freon fix the problem? I don't have a leak, or at least not a leak that is bad enough to cause the unit to lose effectiveness since the other company fixed it. I paid two companies to fix my a/c, yours and another, you didn't fix it and they did. What I'm asking for is reimbursement for the job that didn't work/you didn't do. In addition the job you proposed is dangerous and can lead to the whole unit being to be replaced, which is clear motivation to botch the job.
