A - Authentic Garage Door and Appliance Repair Reviews (1)
March 28, 2011 Repair man came to fix non heating dryer Replaced two parts for dryer. Did NOT give estimate prior to repair. Overcharged $10 for repair (addition error on bill). Appliance did not work after repairman left. Called to inform. Did not receive call back. Called again and repairman came back. Appliance was working when he left, although it was running with no wet laundry in it. Appliance did not work with wet laundry inside. Called again, repairman replied it could be one of two problems, would check shop for used motor to replace in my appliance and would call to let me know. Never received call back. I was left with non working appliance with two brand new parts inside for total bill of $261. April 12, 2001, second repairman came and informed this writer than new parts were not warranted, these parts were not the issue, the problem was with control panel of dryer.
