Review: During the repair of my clutch the mechanic damaged my transmission by jamming a tool inside of it. My car was driving poorly after being fixed so I got it checked out by a different mechanic who then reviewed the work previously done on the clutch. The new mechanic feels the old one did a poor job and created more issues to charge me for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the poorly done work for the amount of $1196.51

For my 1982 Mercedes Benz 300sd in the amount of 480.00 dollars.
After about a week later my car was towed to Auto Air for the installation of the transmission.
On XX-XX-XXXX after Auto Air installed,
the transmission on XX-XX-XXXX I received a call from Auto Air telling me that the
Transmission I purchase from [redacted] Auto dismantling was not any good. So at that
Time I called [redacted] Auto [redacted] and informed them of this information, they
Reimbursed me the 480.00.Then Auto Air charged me 574.20 for installing the transmission plus
3 towing fees in the amount of 195.00.That is when I decided to call [redacted] Auto in Fair Oaks California.
[redacted] the mechanic explained to me that he could fix my car for about 1000.00 or less
So on XX-XX-XXXX Auto Air towed my car to [redacted] Auto. On XX-XX-XXXX I gave [redacted]
600.00. To get the parts that was needed for my car.
On XX-XX-XXXX I went to the shop with a witness, Ms [redacted] and [redacted] told me
That my car was not fixable and I should sell it out for parts. Since then I have been
Calling [redacted] to get my car and a refund, I have left several messages only to not be returned as of.
Today 01-09-2013 I still don't have my car and I have paid out 1174.20 to the parties
Mention, Auto Air and [redacted] Auto. This is disturbing to me all I wanted was my car
Fixed I feel like a victim of fraud
