A+ Auto Repair

my vehicle was sent there for repairs. During the repair further damage was caused.My vehicle was sent there by [redacted] because of a faulty oil change.I was promised my car would be back in two weeks. The original problem started 10/10/14. The car was taken to A+ auto then when a problem came thatthe vehicle would not run properly, the mechanic told us he couldn't fix it and to take it the dealership. So, it was towed at our expense. Th end when it was take to the dealership the problem was more than the other mechanic said. The relay-bow and computer box was either damaged or destroyed in the initial engine repair. A+ auto was approached to pay for the damages and would not. We then said we would contact the Revdex.com, to which the mechanic said he'd pay for a single part. The mechanic didn't want to turn it in to the liabilities insurance because it would mean an increase in premium. The total damages that had to be taken to the dealership for repairs was a total of 1703.65. The date my vehicle was returned to me in proper running order was 12/4/14. Since then we have had a lawyer and requested compensation. In response A+ also got a lawyer. A+ retains that he doesn't have to compesate the damages caused by his shop. The parts are in my possession. I was with it a vehicle for 5 weeks.Desired SettlementI would simply ask to have the damages paid for, which totals $1,703.65. The dealership, [redacted], will vouche for us should there be a need.Business Response The company has said that they believe the matter has been resolved.
