With reference to the complain raised, I would like to draw your attention to the following: Loading started as soon as we reported to the site (while my men loaded stuff from the garage to the truck, it took him minutes to do a house walkthrough to confirm the stuff to be moved from the house to truck, and that's what probably led to some of the confusion No help was expected or invited by us to the customers while loading or unloadingThey volunteered their help and their uninvited help led to the completion of the job sooner than expected which does not call for any refund for the job done sooner than contracted Travel cost of $(one way) was for gas, and it took an hour and min from [redacted] ***, Horace, NDto [redacted] ***, Detroit Lakes MN Per Moving Helper contract, the customer pays for one way, therefore, they are eligible to get a refund of $(Paid $against an hourly rate of $120.00) Regards Daniel [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:It's called "MOVING HELP" they help us movethey do not do all the work on their ownThat would have been a disaster! They dropped several of our totesThey did not need to walk thru the home, a majority of the belongings were already in the garage to be loaded. The contract from Moving Helpers is stated as this:$To the load site$to the unload siteI paid this in fullA Awesome Movers "chose" to use the same crew, thus they had to drive their own vehicle to Horace, ND and from Horace, ND to Detroit Lakes, MNWhich does not cost $in gas for a small carThe contract did not in any way state we pay for your travel time other than the $to each site. Daniel *** owes me $in full within days. He is attempting to get out owing me the money in any way he canBottom line is: he and his crew were paid for 3hours and did not work hours! Travel cost of $25.00 (one way) was for gas, and it took an hour and 15 min from [redacted], Horace, ND. to [redacted], Detroit Lakes MN.   4. Per Moving Helper contract, the customer pays for one way, therefore, they are eligible to get a refund of $90.00 (Paid $210.00 against an hourly rate of $120.00)   Regards Daniel [redacted]
