I called on a Saturday because my washer was not working I was advised that they would respond the same dayA few hours later they arrived and the repairman was able to diagnose the problem as a bad valve and fixed it on the spot

AAA should rename themselves A+. I called at 4PM on a Friday night, by 6PM they had my refrigerator up and running for 183.00 dollars. I would had paid them 10x that amount for saving my food from spoiling!
Two weeks ago a repairman came to our home to repair a Whirlpool Washing machine. The problem was a broken pump. I approved the estimate and was told the part would be ordered and the repair would be made in three days. After getting three repair dates, I was advised that it would take and additional six days. They suggested that I consider buying a new washing machine from them. I think three weeks is unreasonable and I question their advertising claims. With three weeks of dirty laundry, I called Sears Appliance Repair today to do the work.
In addition, I asked to speak to the owner and was told that he would call me that day. I never got a response. I want my $75 service visit credited to my AMX for non performance.
I have found this service company to be very unprofessional. Their customer service was inadequate and they were disorganized . When I made the appointment on Thursday , they told me a technician can come out Friday . They then called during the day and said it will have to be Monday , since he was running late . Once he came on Monday and assessed the problem , he mentioned the part needed has to be ordered , that it is in same county and that in he can come back in 3/4 days tops . The service people assured me that technician will be in by end of week , when part arrived . Friday morning , they called again , this time saying that the wrong part came in ., and technician will come in by next Tuesday . When I questioned about it, they didn't apologize for their errors , they didn't say , I will get the part rushed out . Nothing ! I mentioned that I would send a review of unsatisfactory , rather than trying to problem solve this matter , they said that I was threatening them . I never threatened them . I just said I was I unsatisfied and I will submit a review . Horrible customer service
