Regarding case #XXXXXXXX. The customer received and inspected the fuel tank at time of purchase. The product was supplied in good working condition and accepted as such by customer at time of purchase. The customer was advised at time of...
purchase that if the product was not the correct fit for his vehicle an exchange would be provided for the correct item, as long as the returning product was in the same condition the customer received it in. When the customer attempted to return the product, the product had been damaged and was not acceptable for return. See attached images of the damage to the product.
