A B C Furnace and Duct Cleaning

I was referred to this company from another company that I have hired to service my whole house humidifier. Both companies were listed as members of the Spokane Revdex.com. I called 'ABC Furnace & Duct Cleaning' to have my furnace & ducts cleaned. I was extremely satisfied with the work! I would absolutely recommend ABC Furnace & Duct Cleaning to anyone wishing to have this done. I did not have to do anything to prepare for the visit. The owner is who also provides the service and he has more than 25 years experience. My house is 2 stories and about 1500 sq ft each floor. I had a total of 22 ducts to clean at a cost of $3 each = $66. The basic charge for cleaning the ducts was $210. I added cleaning my main furnace $19 and my air conditioner $18. (He pulls a large hose into the house for suction, he covers cold air returns & vents during part of the process. I did not have any dust or particles floating in the air which is something I was wondering about). My house also has two sets of washers and dryers (one set upstairs and one set downstairs). I also had him clean deep inside the lint area of the dryers and also behind where the dryers exhaust, and then outside the house where the dryers vent to the outside of the house $125. After living here for 14 years we had noticed that it was taking a long time to get our clothes dry. It was because the dryer vent on the outside the house was about 90% blocked where it was exiting the house. The serviceman/owner was thorough and meticulous in all that he did. It took him about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete everything at my house. I paid him by check. Outstanding!
