After researching our internal records we do not have any order information for [redacted].  We do show that an order was made to a similar address by [redacted].  We never spoke with [redacted] at any time during the transaction.  The credit card for [redacted] declined for insufficient funds, and when we informed her she stated she had no more money and to cancel the order and take our property and leave her property onsite.  That is what was done at no charge to her.  Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.
