I am done. I have filed a complaint with the city. I have called several times, I have visited the store several times, they only called once when it was inconvenient for me during my work hours. Calling me in the morning is irrelevant because I am at work, and all promises for visiting were after 5 pm. They knew I needed it fixed, I don't see what the issue is. Used or not, they should stand by the merchandise they sell to people. I will be sending my paperwork to the city, there is nothing else the Revdex.com can do for me.
