I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The reason I did not appear to the appointment its because the check engine light turn off and on and jason says he cannot do anything when the light its off to reschedule when the light come back onI have bin taking the car to ridge view motor for the last month staying without transportation to go to workI had different phone call argument with the manager in summit view auto because he says that I'm responsable for the damageHe specifically told me not to call him back for this isue that theres nothing he can do for meI have all paperwork indicating the car head gasket was damaged at the time I purchased the carIf they purchased the car at the car auction they should have known the car needs head gasket repairAn he stil sold me the car damaged doing fraud to meIm a single parent of I went there alone to purchase a car and they took advantage of me. After I told Jason on ridge view motor (on June 30) that I had proof that the previous owner returned the car to *** *** because of the same issue to prove the manager that I had just had an argument over the phone, that he sold me a damaged car damaged, the manager of ridge view motor said that he will fix the car at no cost, that the car would be fix in daysI asked if they are going to give me another car to be able to go to work and he said no that I have to find my own transportation. I already had multiple argument over the phone with the manager of summit view auto and I have bin taking the car to Jason at ridge view motors for the past month staying without transportation to go to work, Being late to work because they dont provide a car while my car is at ridge view motors, I purchased the car to be able to go to work and provide for my kids and its unfair that Im in this situation because they sold me a damaged car. I would like for them to cancel the contract and take their car backI refuse having any phone conversation with the manager at summit view auto because he disrespected me telling me his tired of talking to me about the car. Is their responsibility to fix the car, and if summit view auto are not willing to cancel the contract and just fix the car, the car should be fixed in a place of my choice, with a rental until my car is fixed at no cost, for me to be able to go to work.I dont trust summit view auto, I dont want no business with themAnd sincerely im afraid of letting them fix a car and for them to do a temporary fix like they bin doing on the last month.I have bin taking the car to their location to get fixed for the past month with no good outcomeOnly pain and suffering. To Whom It May Concern: On March 24, 2017 [redacted] purchased a 2009 Lexus Es350 with 98,921 miles on the vehicle from Summit View Auto. The vehicle passed New York State Inspection. [redacted] contacted Summit View Auto in April claiming to have an issue with the check engine was present....

[redacted] had several appointments with our service department in which she failed to show up for the appointments on April 3rd, April 4th and April 5th. The vehicle was brought to our service on June 30th and the check engine light was not present. [redacted] indicated that the check engine light was only present during a long trip. Unable to diagnose a intermit issue we then referred [redacted] to [redacted]. According to [redacted] indicated to her that the issue was present with the previous owner and that the vehicle was in need of a head gasket. Summit View Auto was unaware of any issues the previous owner had with the vehicle. Our intent is to sell only quality vehicles. We offered to repair the vehicle at no cost to [redacted] and provide her with a loaner vehicle.Unfortunately [redacted] has had two appointments with our service department that she failed to show up for on July 7th and July 10th. It is impossible for us to rectify this issue without the cooperation of the customer.
