In over a year and four months we have been using ABC Refreshments to provide a vending machine. They do not fill the machine every two weeks as I was told when we switched to them. Also the owner NEVER returns my calls, and the service forms I've filled out online have been ignored. Since January we have been asking for them to switch out a product, which the request also has been ignored. At this point, it's been over 6 weeks (I've stopped counting) since they've filled the machine. Over half of the drink selections are empty, and two of the drinks are expired (one from March 2013 and one from December 2012). I have continually notified them the machine is empty, and that drinks are expired and they ignore me.The biggest problem we have with them is that in a year and four months, we have NEVER received a "profit sharing" check from them! Not once have they issued us a check for our share of having the machine here. Again, I have brought this to their attention NUMEROUS times. The owner told me one time (months ago) that he would look into, and then said they were issuing a check "right away", we never received it. After three weeks I sent an email, and here was their response, "As far as the profit sharing check, the owner is not the person who handles this. We have had some internal issues here with that team member and are working to resolve them as soon as possible. A check will be issued to you asap. We appreciate your patience and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible." That was sent March 5th, and we still HAVE NOT received the check.I would like to switch companies, but since they never return my calls or emails, I'm not even sure how to get a hold of them to take their machine out of our office.
