I have been trying to get Drake Siding company to repair a metal roof that has cost me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in repairs due to the faulty roofing installation on my homeDuring one major leak we lost personal items that were pricelessI was asked by [redacted] and [redacted] what they needed to do to make it rightWe agreed that they would install a cricket and place flashing on the outside wall brick fireplace chimneyI was told at some point not to call the business, but instead to call [redacted] directly at his mobile number [redacted] I called [redacted] several times and he told me that they were waiting on the cricket materials to come inThen I was told that the materials were in and that I was first on the list, but that they needed dry days in a rowShortly after this, my phone calls were no longer answered by [redacted] ***I have been far beyond patient, and all I have asked is that they redo the work which was not done correctly in the 1st placeI hir
