A B C Towing

My car broke down in North Las Vegas around 8:p.m AAA sent the ABC Towing, which is located on Industrial DriveWithin minutes of my calling AAA, *** from ABC called me to make sure I was alright and to tell me the estimated time of arrival would be minutesThe driver arrived minutes early*** had told me that he could have the car towed to the Industrial shop which services vehicles with AAA with a 10% discount on laborI told him I would think about it and would call him backHe did not pressure meHe said the driver would drop my daughter and I off at our houseI suspected the problem with my car concerned work done by another company and had told this to *** After about minutes I called him back and said the driver, when he arrived, he could take the car to the ABC shop to see what the problem was*** said this would cost $for a check upThis is the same price I have experienced at other shops in the valleyHe also said this $would be waived if ABC did the repairsThe next day I called ABC and spoke with *** She told me the problem was a return hose to my power steeringI called the other shop to see if this was the hose they had replaced and found they had replaced a more expensive hoseI called *** to ask the costShe gave me a quote and I said go aheadThe car was fixed that day and when I picked it up, *** told me she had found a less expensive hose and the price was actually LOWER than quoted! When I picked up the car, the mechanic explained he had wiped the undercarriage down and tried to clean it up*** was friendly and very politeThe mechanic was very politeEverything they said they would do they didBased on my experience, I rate ABC Towing based at Industrial very highly

From the date of accident (10-11-13) to (10-17-13), I have had problems getting my vehicle brought to Buddy's Body Shop to be repaired. Buddy's agreed to go pick up and pay all charges till settlement was made from State Farm Insurance. Buddy's said that ABC Towing was very rude to them when they went the first time to pick up the vehicle and the second time they went to get vehicle, they called ABC Towing to let them know they were on their way and upon arriving, had to wait about 25 minutes before being let inside gate. Upon getting bill from ABC Towing, there was a gate fee charge, that was not for after hours, plus a lot of additional charges that I think should not have been charged. I was given a copy of the bill for my records.
