I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because;That individual who called hims self William from that company is such a lier, he was the one yelling at loud and screaming that is is recording everythingcan you please request the recording from him, I was shocked the way I was treated by this specific person and I told my husband and my husband calledBuymerchant company to tell them that they can not treat customers like and stayed it that he is a segeant of USA Army not police William called my husband *** immigrantWilliam is lying because when I made the call to the company he would refuse to let me talk to somebody else, I wanted to talk to a manager because William was really rude, aggressive and threathning, he denied me of speaking with a manager so after worthless converstation and his abuse, I handed up the phone and he kept calling me back to my work maybe like times insulting me with different words and telling that he was going to arrest meOnce the phone bill will come, I will have proof that he called my work multiple times. I told him the charge was pending in my *** account from begining, I jut went to my *** account to attach you the proof and that charge was already gone from my pending chargesI will file a law suit against this company for discrimination and fraudI am not the first to complain about this issue, seems that this compnay has a reputation of harrassing and insulting customersIt is kind of susspision that at this time all the pending charges from this horrible company are gone from my *** account.This company needs to be closed for good with such horrible people running that business

buyer [redacted] didn't provide a phone number for contact so we never charged her [redacted] account we received a phone call from some who refused to identify themselves about a charge on their card never stating it was [redacted] we suspect this person to be [redacted]. We were attacked verbally by this individual and threatened and the phone was hung up on us we tried to call [redacted] back to resolve the matter but was further threatened as it seemed [redacted] didnt want to resolve the problem or help us to find out what exactly she was talking about. We then received a call from someone who identified himself of a Sargent of the Phoenix police department and then tried to intimidate us to divulge information to him. When we questioned this individual about badge # and what police department they represented they started been very evasive which brought red flags and we told the individual they were breaking the law by impersonating a law enforcement officer the person also stated they was [redacted] husband. We have contacted the Phoenix police department and filed a police report against [redacted] and her husband about these harassing calls and threats and extortion attempt and unlawful impersonation of a police officer and we will be following up with them in the following days to come. We would like [redacted] and her husband to stop harassing us and slandering our name by stating false accusation against us we never charged their account and would not be charging their account we however will be pressing full charges and following up with the Phoenix police department with our complaint.
