Kristen Frost also went out of her way to explain the pros and cons of big vs small down payment, interest rates etcshe also explained extended warranties without a "hard sell" actually presented the benefits [redacted] and [redacted] in the service/delivery as well as the awesome girls that work with them were knowledgeable, welcoming and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our purchase [redacted] was hooking up our rig to take off, and said that we needed a lower stinger because our truck was too tight for the one we orderedHe Took us back and showed us how we could tell by looking between the tires of the trailer is riding levelSo we left it until the following week until the new hitch came inAgain they were ready for us [redacted] , [redacted] and the girls in serviceI wish I remembered their names!! Most especially the nice young lady with Long reddish brown hair in an awesome fishtail braidStormy in parts helped us with our ever growing purchases from their well stocked rv supply shop had us well equipped!
