*** was happy with everything untill the permits were requiredYes, it was just a repair which normally would not need permitsBut when the building inspector came by (he was in the neighborhood at another construction site), he said that the building we were working on was had been on fire a
couple of years ago and there might be structural damage, therefore he will need architectural plans and permits submitted to the townUntill then he did not want us to touch the house. Our agreement with *** did not include any architectural costs from Ultimate construction, and she agrees with it and she got the drawingsUltimate construction is in process of getting her permits with architectural drawings provided and we are planning on finishing the work as soon as we have the permitsWe have been talking with *** and she seems ok with everything

I am rejecting this response because:Please note I am emailing you to request that that you reopen complaint number 10980838 from Cynthia Jeter regarding Ultimate Construction.   Ultimate Construction has cancelled many days and has not completed or done any work since the first complaint I sent you.  I have spoken with them since the initial complaint but they have not been out to the property to do anything.
