This bill is a debt owed to a bail bond company and *** *** was a co-signerWe sent out our first notice when we received the account in our office on 10/18/17. Ms*** called into our office I assume from our notice and we informed her she owed this bill as the defendant she co-signed
for did not show up for court. The collector did try to verify her sources of income and bank information but she stated she was injured on the job and does not work. She also stated she thought the defendant did show up for court and was going to check with his attorney to see what she can do. The collector has noted on the file also that the line went dead and assumed she hung up on us so possibly there was some type of connection issues. I will also send valid documentation of the debt to her in the mail today.Thank you,Brad ***

In response to *** *** complaint there is and has been no doubt for a long time that her name still appears on the deed registered through crow wing countyIt was her ex husband *** *** that had his name removed off the deed due to *** getting it after they divorcedOur agency forwarded
this account to our attorney Richard *** on 05-21-for lawsuit for non payment of debtOur client was awarded the lawsuit 09-10-when *** was served personally at her residence of *** *** ** *** Cn Rapids,Mn and never responded to itSince that time our client (through our attorney) has offered to settle *** off the debt for $1,and accept the property back from her by offering her to sign a Quit Claim Deed to transfer the property out of her name and back into our clients*** has claimed many times that she isn't the owner of this timeshare yet in and 2015, per our client, she attempted to space bank her week (trade it for another) through RCI but was denied due to her past due outstanding legally owed balanceOur client would still be willing to offer *** a settlement and return of property offer for $1,Upon receipt of ***'s 1k payment (if she chooses to take the deal) our client will prepare the Quit Claim Deed and mail it to her to be signed, date, notarized and returned to them so they can send it to Crow Wing County to complete the transfer of the property out of ***'s name and Back into our clients (TSOA)Finally upon receipt of her 1k payment I would immediately close her account and request that it be removed from her credit report via the e-oscar credit bureau deletion processIt usually takes 5-business days for the deletion to take placeRegardless if she takes the settlement or not Springer will cease and desist all further communication to *** via the telephone honoring her requestI hope this explanation of the situation helps all (Revdex.com & *** Wood) parties better understand itPlease feel free to contact me anytime at ###-###-#### or [email protected] with any further questions or concernsI hope everybody has a great rest of your week and take care

We have received the complaint and have ceased the account and marked the file disputed on the consumer's credit reportThank you,

I received a call from *** *** on 05-21-and Identified my company name of Springer when the call was transferred to meOnce I identified myself to the consumer he told me why he was calling and demanded a settlementI told him that we are a 3rd party agency and we don't own the debt and
this specific client usually doesn't allow us to settle debts under $After explaining the current status of the account which included the fact that it been with our agency since 04-26-(over years) and that during that time we had send him numerous letter to try and professionally resolve the matterI further explained to him that our client authorized us in writing on 01-30-to forward Mr***'s account to our attorney for law suit for non payment of debt which we did on 02-11-I finally explained that due to our agency's inability to find a current address for him our attorney's process servers weren't able to serve the summons and complaint upon him to start the law suitIt was after all this explaining that Mr*** and I couldn't come to a reasonable resolution that I decided to terminate the call because it wasn't going in a good directionA little later on that day Mr*** called back and we were able to come to a resolution to his debtI took off all of the interest that had been legally added to his account since and we settled for the principal amount he owed our client of $I have since sent Mr*** a receipt and removed this account from his credit report via the e-oscar credit bureau deletion methodIf Mr*** checks his credit in the next days it should be removedIf it isn't removed within days Mr*** can submit an e-oscar credit bureau dispute on his own to each of the three credit bureaus (equifax, transunion, & experian) which will basically force the credit bureaus to contact our agency to confirm that the debt should be removed and we will of course confirm that it should beIf Mr*** needs help doing this (if our credit bureau deletion request isn't executed) I would be happy to assist him with the fore mentioned process if he wants to call meI hope this response satisfies both Mr*** and the Revdex.comIf there are any further questions or issues please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and, assuming they follow through with the action plan, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Our agency has taken on 11 different accounts for this consumer from the same client ([redacted]) since 2014. The total balance owed on these accounts is over $1200.00. Our agency has sent over 12 different notices (11 first notices as required by law and once second notice including all...

accounts listed here at that time) to the consumer on this account and has attempted to collect the debt voluntarily from the consumer since December,2014. Our agency has attempted numerous phone calls (without leaving messages due to privacy laws) since that time but have only had two contacts. On each contact the consumer told now two different collectors here that she wasn't interested in taking care of her obligation and in both cases hung up the phone after our agency identified who we were and why we were calling. In regards to the most recent call with Mr. [redacted] (who has been a debt collector here for over 5 years now) I was told that he contacted the consumer and immediately after identifying who we were was told by the consumer that she needed to go and was hung up on. Since this client often has our agency forward their accounts to our attorney for review they ask that we verify all potential employers of the consumers they send over to us. In an attempt to do this for our client Mr. [redacted] verified the consumers employment. In regards to a resolution to this matter I will cease all further verbal contact with the consumer as of today and will make sure our only future correspondence, if any, be via U.S. mail. Since the consumer has refused to pay this debt we will be forwarding these accounts to our attorney for review on 10-01-16. If Ms. [redacted] would like to make voluntary payment arrangements our client would be will to accept $200.00 monthly payments or $100 bi-weekly (whichever is more convenient for her) in order to pay the balance in full over a 6 mo. period. Finally upon receipt of Ms. [redacted]'s final payment our agency would report all of her accounts to the credit bureau as paid in full and send her a receipt for her records. As long as the $200 mo. payments are received no later than the last business day of every mo. starting in October,2016 our agency will honor the payment arrangement. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns and wants to speak to someone besides Mr. [redacted] she can call our office and ask for Brad [redacted] (owner) and I will help assist her as professionally and reasonably as possible. I hope this answer satisfies both the Ms. [redacted] and the Revdex.com.

Revdex.com: Legitimately, 8 of 10 of the statements made by the representative for Springer in this response did not take place, and I have the audio to back it up. They have removed the account from one of the credit agencies. At this time, arguing over trivial details is irrelevant.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], ad find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We are going to close this account as disputed back to our client Delta Dental and remove this item from the consumers credit report.  I have attached a copy of the deletion and will send a copy to the consumer as well.  We did verify with Delta Dental in May 2017 that this account was...

still showing unpaid on their end but we have experienced issues where Delta and the consumers dentist are having communication errors when the consumer pays the dentist instead of paying directly to Delta Dental.
