A & B Construction Inc

On 6/26/2013 we called AB Construction and explained there was a blockage in the line before the septic tan. Their servicemen opened the septic tank cover and found no problem with the tank or drain field. They then still proceeded to pump the tank. I was charged $210 for pumping the tank and instructed to call a plumber to locate the blockage.Since I like to support businesses in our community, we used the 2012/13 Lake City/ Live Oak Yellowbook. On page 240, there was AB'S ad under septic tanks advertising plumbing repairs.I subsequently called a plumber who broke up the blockage for 150.00.A followup call was made to AB to voice my dissatisfaction. The woman said she informed me on 6/25 they were not plumbers....no such thing.I believe their ad is very misleading.Thank you.
