Driver will begin and intensify animosity and bad feelings between neighbors because he will tell people to put their trash can near someone else's property (across the street from his customer, because he doesn't want to turn his truck around). My neighbor's can has been struck by cars, strewing their trash all over the street (and my yard). I called the owner/driver who told me that "he'll talk to them".Nothing has been done and a month later my neighbor still puts their trash can in the street rather than on either side of their driveway (like every other resident of the subdivision).This creates an eyesore, a traffic hazard, and due to the can being hit by passing motorists- litter all over roadways and in neighboring yards.
