Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/05/01) */ In response to the case that was raised in regard to case number XXXXXXXX we are quit frankly a bit confusedAll work that we perform comes with a 30-day warrantyThe owner recalls an interaction with the customer but it's from about months agoHe recalls that the ground wire in the system was louse and was causing the system to not work correctly the customer wanted to just re ground the wire but after an in-depth examination of the wiring of the system we saw that the system was not properly installed so we told the customer that it was best to just properly re wire the whole system Months later he came to get a rear view camera installed and we did so for about dollarsHe came back about months later claiming that his circuit breaker popping every minutesTwo comments on that problem is that one if the installation was not properly installed this would have been a problem that could have been detected shortly after the installation and something we would have repairedSecond only items purchased at our establishment have extended warranty none of the items besides the wiring where bought at our establishmentWe would more than likely check out the car and attempt to fix the wiring if he can provide a receipt that its still under warranty [redacted] AB Electronics

In response to the case that was raised in regard to case

perform comes with a 30-day warranty. The owner recalls an
interaction with the customer but it's from...

about 6 months ago. He
recalls that the ground wire in the system was louse and was causing
the system to not work correctly the customer wanted to just re ground
the wire but after an in-depth examination of the wiring of the system
we saw that the system was not properly installed so we told the
customer that it was best to just properly re wire the whole system.
Months later he came to get a rear view camera installed and we did so
for about 35 dollars. He came back about 3 months later claiming that
his circuit breaker popping every 5 minutes. Two comments on that
problem is that one if the installation was not properly installed
this would have been a problem that could have been detected shortly
after the installation and something we would have repaired. Second
only items purchased at our establishment have extended warranty none
of the items besides the wiring where bought at our establishment. We
would more than likely check out the car and attempt to fix the wiring
if he can provide a receipt that its still under warranty.
