Review: I took my car to AB to get it fixed the first time and he preformed work on the car that I did not authorize. I paid for it because I wanted my car. As soon as I left the repair shop, I noticed my car wasn't running right so I took it back to him to be fix. He said something else was wrong with my car so he fixed that and I paid him for that. I pick up my car again and now something else was wrong with the car so again I had to take it back to him. This time he tells me he forgot to charge me for something he did the first time and he's going to add that to my bill.Desired Settlement: I don't think I should pay for something I didn't tell him to do in the first place. and if he forgot to charge me for something its his fault, not mines. if I hadn't gone back to get my car fixed he wouldn't have charged me.

Dear Ms. Clopton In regards to Ms. [redacted] complain ( ID # [redacted]Sadly Ms. [redacted] was not truthful in her complain.Ms. [redacted] has twine sister just a like who works at the apple store in Ridgeland, MS who we dealt with on the subject car repairs.The first repair was preformed in early July 2014 ( Attached invoice #[redacted]), car was brought in from a shade tree mechanic who had no idea about this car nor diagnostic equipment to communicate with the car.At the time we noticed numerous problems with the car ,Customer said car was sitting for years and trying to get it back on the road.Estimate was prepared, Ms. [redacted] was informed , she convey the information to Mr. [redacted] and after a couple of days the repair was approved and subsequently completed .Second visit was Early August 2014 to fix the Transmission issues ( Attached Invoice #[redacted] )As you see how the repair procedures out lined on this invoice , after the The TCM (Transmission Control Module ) replacement’ upon Mr. [redacted] request who wanted an assessment of the required repairs, a detailed estimate was preformed and Mr. [redacted] himself over the phone authorized the repair .One of the item in this order was two Blinkers located on the left and right side mirrors ( Just cost of the parts at Mercedes dealership Left side part # [redacted] & Right side part # [redacted] is $412.00 each ) which we replaced them with a new ones for $250.00 parts and labor. But simply forgot to add them to the invoice .When Mr. [redacted] was here to pickup the vehicle , he was informed that he was not charged for the Blinkers, he said will pay later.The third visit was late September 2014 ( Attached invoice # [redacted] ) when one of the Air Strut was busted ,Still they said will pay for the Blinkers later.The last visit was late October 2014 ( Attached invoice # [redacted] ) when the Driver Door Glass was cracked and Ms. [redacted] brought the car in for Glass replacement , I ask her if they pay for the Blinkers this time and she said yes.As it appears on this invoice there is a $250.00 for that.Earlier was mentioned that Ms. [redacted] has a Twine just a like , so much a like that the only way we were able to differentiate them from each other was by their behaviors ( Sweet for the one works at the Apple store and Bitter for the other one) as both received the same customer courtesy , but it was the Sweet one who was bringing the car in. Her sister only picked up the car after the last visit.Absolutely in every single case Ms. [redacted] while she was in the office would have call her family (Mr. [redacted] ) and convey the information to them word by word and sometimes put me on the phone with her father too for further explanations , and they would authorized the repair at the same time or day after.So her claim is not based on truth.Sincerely[redacted]ManagerAB Import Auto Inc.1305 S. I am rejecting this response because:This is NOT truthful. I have dealt with this man twice. The first time I met him & asked about him charging us for work we did not authorize him to do, which my father was very upset about. He was rude in his response saying "Look, we can not call you before we do everything on this car. It needed to be done so I did it. What do you want me to take it off?" After that instance I chose to no longer deal with him, leaving my twin sister to conduct further business. He ended up having to bring the car back the same day. The day I went to pick up the car, which he claimed would be ready the day before, He ignored me which left me to talk to the secretary, who then asked him about my car. He then informed me it would be ready after lunch, which it was not. Both times I was respectful in my actions to him. My father was very upset with Mr. AB's work ethic & rather I just take the car elsewhere. Him calling me "Bitter" just shows how unhappy he could tell we were with his work.
