Our records show that [redacted]r send a lead in for info on a 2014 f150 on 3/14/2016. However we do not show that we ran her credit or send anything to the bank. A And B would be happy to help her in anyway we can, but we will need a copy of the documentation she has on this matter so we can...

I purchased a 2012 [redacted] car from A&B Sales in January 2012. December 2012 I went to A&B sales to discuss getting my car's oil and filter changed and the state inspection. I told them I am sensitive about my car and wanted to be placed in a location so I could view the work being done. I did not want air impact wrenches used on my wheels and I wanted my car to be serviced without damage or getting it dirty inside. I told them I could view across the shop away from the work or from another room with a window. The person I talked to told me "no" that their insurance did not allow it. He offered no discussion. Then the [redacted] factory sent me $100 to spend at A&B sales. Before the next oil change I went back to A&B Sales and ask them again to allow me to watch my car being serviced when I spend the $100 and they told me I can not watch. I then ask to spend the $100 on oil and air filters and they told me I have to spend it on service to my car.I sent the $100 back to the factory and told them I have the issue on protecting my car and they called me and said A&B Sales has the last word on the issue. I wrote the [redacted] factory again and received the same results. As a customer and owner of my car I have a right to watch over the car to make sure the car is treated right while serviced and some provision could have been made to compromise on this issue. There are some items on the car if damaged can be repaired to some degree but can never be brought back to new condition.I am in a jam if my car needs warranty work done. At this time A&B Sales will force me to get the warranty work done with no boundries on their part. I consider A&B Sales unfriendly to me. Since no effort was made by A&B Sales to compromise on the issue I want to make sure other people in the area know how A&B Sales treats this problem so they can avoid it.I will certainly make sure I will clear this item before I make a final decision on any new car in the future.
