Review: A&B Luck Plumbing and heating company snaked the main line from the shower drain 9/23/2014. Michael the mechanic did not used a snake machine. It's was done manual. On 10/2/2014, the basement shower drain clogged again. I called A&B and the manger told me, since the drain worked for nine days it's possible I would have to pay again. The services was done within 30 days. The company did not explain the warranty of the service. I spend $190.00 for poor service. I called another plumbing company which snake the drain from the toilet. Also, a camera to check the drain to the sewer and a 60 days warranty.Desired Settlement: The A&B Luck plumbing company did solve the problem and did not inform me about the warranty of the services. I am displeased of the conversation with the manger and her decision.
