It's been years! If Ms [redacted] wants to call me and speak with me and pay me cash I will do the work, but I will not speak or do work for that [redacted] she is living with

The only thing This lying SOB said is that he contacted us We went out to his residence and checked out his system and found his problem I tried to call him on the phone and he wouldn't answer his phone I left him a message and about minutes later when we were loading up to leave he came out I explained to him that I did not have that type of aerator and that I would have to send it to the people that sell that brand, and I also told him that they would send it in to get it rebuilt I also told him that it was going to take a while and I did not know how long I said it could take anywhere from two to four weeks When the aerator came back the man that handled the aerator was in the hospital and I did not know, but when they called me and said it was in I picked it up and took it over to install it While we were there we found that his effluent pump was seized so we replaced it and cleaned his filters I also told him that we didn't service the filter on his class I tank and I would have that company go by and service it The were backed up and didn't get over there for a week This is why this guy is upset We did every thing we said we would the only thing we didn't do was move as fast as this guy wanted us to I will tell you he will not get anymore service from us This man is a ball face liar He knows exactly what it cost for what we did and he knew in advance what it was going to cost because I told him and he agreed If he had not agreed I would not have started the job He was also upset because he was stupid enough to have the tank pumped without knowing what the problem was So when we got out there he had to have it pumped again and he was up set because he had to pay to have it pumped it again I cannot help or fix stupid I cannot pull a magical aerator out of the air I cannot come running when he thinks I should be there He is not our only customer I told him I would call him when the aerator motor was in so that we could install it He called and called and called wanting to know when I finally quit answering his calls UNTIL THE AERATOR CAME IN Then we took care of the problem I will tell you again he may as well not call me again I have fulfilled my commitment to him and we are done I will not go back to his residence again Just for your Information just try to call him at [redacted] and let me know if he answers his phone or returns your call I have been in business for over years and this is only the second time I have had this type of problem Sincerely, [redacted] A & B Plumbing
