A B & R Garbage Removal

My family has moved from our previous address of as of November 4th. Beginning 2 weeks before that I started calling AB&R to find out how to discontinue service and could never get someone to answer the phone. Messages were left and never returned. After moving I also have called and left messages with still no call back. Finally about 10-14 days ago, around Nov 13 or so I did speak to a male who identified himself as the driver who said they had received my messages but had been busy and unable to return my call. He said he would look into the cancellation of my account and any refund due as I had prepaid on my account through the end of January. He promised a call back within the week. I hadn't heard anything so I called back again today at 10:00am on November 26th and spoke to a woman who again couldn't help me as she said her computer was down and requested I call back. I informed her that I have been trying to get ahold of them for some time now and would appreciate if she could call me back and explained to her my move out dates and desire for a refund for services not rendered. She then stated that she would have to figure out how much would be due to me as they have had to take an excessive amount of trash from our move out --- however when I spoke to the driver as previously stated he said he took all but the couch we left the very first week we were moved out, so I don't believe that I should be penalized for excessive trash. The driver knew I had moved out as I personally spoke with him, so if they have been picking up any further trash its not mine, and I shouldn't be charged for it as the driver himself knew we were gone.
