Oxygen Concentrator
I bought a brand new oxygen concentrator from ABR. I love it!
I got great super friendly customer service and helpful advice. I would totally recommend buying a brand new machine from them for all your glass blowing needs!
Important note: It is NOT an EXTREME OXYGEN PRODUCT.
THAT being said, the reason I bought a new machine was because I had purchased a refurbished machine directly from EXTREME OXYGEN PRODUCTS months prior , that DIED after less than 40 hours of use! The three year warranty is a lie or the quick returns on repair. EXTREME OXYGEN PRODUCTS’ owner, Paul , sold me a bad bill of goods! He promised to repair the machine which cost me another $150. Five months later, He still has not repaired the machine or given me the refund I have asked for and never answers his phone or returns calls.
ABR should really stop selling his goods, its bad for their reputation.
Dont buy Extreme Oxygen Products, you may regret it, the hassle with them doesn't save you any money.

We purchased an Oxygen Concentrator from ABR Imagery in Septof It did not work and ABR had us contact Extreme Oxygen Concentrators to deal with the defective unit Extreme Oxygen Concentrators has horrible customer service and it took months for them to send a replacement unit The 2nd unit broke within the first month It was supposed to be a refurbished unit, but it wasn't The cylinder inside was from We contacted ABR Imagery to see if we could get store credit and return the defective unit and they will not work with us We have been dealing with ABR for the last months and still we have no working unit

We purchased an Oxygen Concentrator from ABR Imagery in Sept. of 2016. It did not work and ABR had us contact Extreme Oxygen Concentrators to deal with the defective unit. Extreme Oxygen Concentrators has horrible customer service and it took 2 months for them to send a replacement unit. The 2nd unit broke within the first month. It was supposed to be a refurbished unit, but it wasn't. The cylinder inside was from 2007. We contacted ABR Imagery to see if we could get store credit and return the defective unit and they will not work with us. We have been dealing with ABR for the last 2 months and still we have no working unit.

I purchased a sandblasting cabinet through ABR Imagery on July 14th, 2014. I immediately received a confirmation for my order. Here is the text of that e-mail (edited for privacy. Edits are indicated by "[redacted]"):

"ABR Imagery, Inc. ------------------------------------------------------ Order Number: [redacted] Detailed Invoice: [redacted] Date Ordered: Monday 14 July, 2014 Great News! We have started the process of looking over your order. Please reply to this email if you have any questions."

On the 15th, I replied to the e-mail as instructed to inform them that I would like to cancel the order. Below is the text of my reply:

"I would like to cancel this order.

Thank you."

A few days went by so I went to their website and dialed the phone number clearly displayed on the top left of their website. I reached a service which stated:

"I am sorry but our office is closed at the moment. Please try back again later."

There was no voice mail box to leave a message.

I tried calling again the next day but heard the same message.

On the 23rd of July I received the sandblasting cabinet and tried calling again to have the issue rectified and heard the same message. The package shipped on the 21st according to tracking information on the package.

I was finally able to reach someone on July 31st and was told that I should've called to cancel the order and should not have replied to the e-mail as the e-mail instructed.

In addition, I was informed that a 20% restocking fee would be charged for the return. When I asked if they would waive the fee because I was unable to contact them to cancel the order despite multiple attempts, they refused to waive the fee and denied any responsibility for the miscommunication, instead instructing me to call to cancel orders in the future.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with ABR Imagery to anyone for any reason.

re: Revdex.com of Central Indiana
Complaint ID  - Rebuttal
Revdex.com:
I reviewed the business
response in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and determined there was no
proposed action made to resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of
the offer I reviewed appear below.

Internet sale liability is enforceable up to the
statute of limitations. Dispute remains; eBay policy was
violated! End of auction house participation did not conclude this sale. I had
no duty to return one item, rescind our accord or pay more. Have evidence.

Altering agreement is DENIED! Sending items offered
or value refund is obligatory.

Seller has admitted making only partial shipment of
items he now says I merely “wish for” that were offered at auction as multiple
items for a set prepaid price.

Agencies can indict to enforce accountability and/or
I can pursue. Credit Card payment was taken, leaving an abused consumer via failure
to deliver goods.

Seller made no offer via Revdex.com to resolve!

I once again ask the Revdex.com to promote ABR agreement to
refund the value of the two said items that remain undelivered in my order.
Acceptable MSRP and reasonable shipping refund stands at $680.81.

There was an offer of goods at a preset price, plus
my acceptance and full payment, which should result in legally binding
fulfillment via shipment of all items offered or a refund for the value of the
missing items.

As a concerned citizen I have a sense of duty to
pursue and will stand firm until satisfied with the final outcome of this
online sale.

This is my full rebuttal and is true and correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief.
Regards,

Review: Have adequate proof of ABR liability to allege breach of contract and fraud via Internet sale for refusal to ship all items in my recent order. ABR has rejected abiding by federal and contract law. ‘Auction win’ pricing constitutes a contract; Low profit or a loss on sales in general has a reputable courtroom referral as my ‘benefit of a bargain’; ABR unlawfully offered to ship for added cost, then forced subsidy upon me. I sill decline prior offer of bearing cost to return one item for refund.

Complaint has filed with my Credit Card Company and examination is underway. Continued non-compliance will next find ABR turned in to Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission for investigation.Desired Settlement: Ask Revdex.com to promote ABR agreement to refund the documented value of the two remaining items in my order. Acceptable MSRP and reasonable shipping refund now stands at $680.81.
