A B S Heating & Cooling & Refrigeration

Called Abs heating and cooling out to repair air conditioning unit on 7/16, the man told us he fixed the unit and charged 470.00 and left. WE left air conditioning run all night and the house never got cool, so we called him on 7/17 in the morning and he came back out and he looked it over, told my daughter to look through glasses to see if she saw a leak because he was color blind. Then he asked us if we had any suggestions to fix it? I told him I did not think he knew what he was doing and that he at least owed me half of my money back because we paid him for a service and we didn't get anything for our money. He was very unprofessional. I told him I would have to hire someone else since he was asking me what we should do. He refused to give me a refund.
