Company did not provide services in accordance with one-year contract; I sought appointment for additional testosterone hormone pellet insertion within the one-year period and was told I would have to enter into an additional one year contract I pointed out that contract does not limit the number of insertions in the one-year period and that I was stilll within the one-year period The clinic manager made up stuff claiming FDA limits the interval of pellet insertion (which is not true - and the clinic itself had not abided by what they claimed to be the regulation anyway) and refused to address the actual contract terms Basically said not bound by what the contract says - and I could write to the corporate office if I did not like it Do not do business with these people as they are completely unprofessional and unscrupulous
