The homeowner has been in contact with our office manager, Michelle, almost weekly The picture window mentioned was installed correctly; it was just the wrong window Our manufacturer sent the wrong window to be installed Instead of leaving something that could leak, we installed this window temporarily while the correct window was being sent to us Once the window arrived and the weather cooperated, the window was installed on May 6, At the time of the initial job, a rain diverter was installed at the back porch area to help with the rain flow Since the homeowner has recently expressed dissatisfaction with the metal, a new rain diverter was installed on May 5, The homeowner has been in constant communication with the owner and homeowner has stated she is happy with the resolution

On May 15, I spoke to the homeowner in regards to the complaint response At that time, we discussed the eve and the interior of the large window Per her request, the interior of the window is being painted today, Wednesday May In regards to the eve, we are having it further inspected to see if there is any possible resolution to the homeowners complaint On May I spoke to the homeowner to let her know the painter would be at her home around 9am on Wednesday and that I would have the eve inspected I will be in communication with the homeowner regarding the eve once it is inspected

Hi Mr***
We were unaware of any issues with Ms***' roof, as we have not been contacted by Ms***Originally, we did a partial replacement of roof in December, At the time, we recommended a complete roof
replacement, she did not have the funds for a full roof replacement at that timeShe paid off the roof in December She has contacted us three times over the past four years to do jobs to her home, which were all completed
We will be working diligently trying to get in touch with Ms*** to find out what the issues are (if any) and get them taken care of
Thank you for your time,

The eve of the home has been inspected and there were no issues found Because of the structure of the home, being older, there was no way to put one continuous piece of metal as the homeowner has suggestedThe homeowner was contacted on June via phone conversation and was not pleased with these results Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do

On April 5, the homeowner called into the office to report that a piece of flashing had fallen from the roof. Being in the roofing business, everything is weather permitting. Repairs are prioritized, with leaks being top priority. Since this is more of a cosmetic issue, we had to
prioritize accordingly. The complaint is stating the homeowner has not had any contact with our office. In actuality, our office manager, Michelle, has spoken to the homeowner three times letting her know we have not forgotten about her and will take care of her as soon as possible. We have recently left a message on May and have not heard back from the homeowner in order to schedule the repair

I am rejecting this response because: First an inspection of the eve was,nt nessasary as the owner of this company had inspected the eve and heard of this complaint for over 7 months.  This was nothing but, another way of prolonging doing what needs to be done. The owner of this company Clint P[redacted] viewed the eve and agreed numerous times that the eve was not done correctly that one pice of wood should have been installed and covered with one continuous piece of metal.  He stated the first time he viewed it that he would redo it, and he agareed it looked like a two year old did it. This was in front of a witness. After that he stated I would have to pay more money to redo it at which time I said you,ve already been paid to do it right. His worker did not take out the rotten wood and replace it as he was paid to do. If he had the metal could have been installed correctly with one continuous piece. I recieved a call on June 2 stating they would not fix the eve as there now not anything wrong with itaccording to them. It is obvious this company and it,s owner has not expressed that consumer satisfaction is impotant throughout this entire job. Please, keep this file and all of my  responses on file for other consumers to see. THis company has been reported to the NC Department of Justice as well as Wells Fargo who financed the job , and they are keeping all records on file for other consumers to see as well.

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. P[redacted] contacted me and came and instaleld the window on May 6,2017. This was after waiting 7.5 months. When installing the first window he did not ever say this is the wrong window, we are ordering the correct window. He did in fact say there was nothing wrong with the window and he would install a piece of wood molding over the gapping hole it left in the window seal. I included a photo in my original complaint. After several weeks I noticed the window was sweating and called him. He then said the window had a gas leak and would have to be replaced under my warranty. This gas leak was done by the window not being installed correctly, is what the manufacturere of the window told me. At no time ever did Mr. P[redacted] tell me that the wrong window was installed until April 19,2017 when I called to see why he had not shown for a Saturday date I was given. At this time his secretary said he was going to buy me a gift certificate to my favorite resturant for me waiting so long. On May 3, 2017 Mr. P[redacted] advised me that he did not know the first rain diversion was never installed on my house over the back door. Sohis statement about this also is not truthful. He did install the rain diersion on May 5,2017. This is the only time he has ever addressed the back door rain issue with me and I have complianed numerous times over the last 7 months. Now as for  me being satisfied with this outcome. First I ahve not spoken with him since he installed the window. He arrived May 6,2017 and did in fact install the window. He did not however finish his job. He was going to paint the raw wood and nicks in the wood that was made by installing the window, and paint  over top of the outside of the window.  He stated he had the wrong color of paint and did no painting at all. Nor, has anyone contacted me to say when they would come finish the job. He did offer me money on May 5,2017,not to fix the eve of the house. He at that time ask if I wanted the gift certificate and I said no I want the job finished.  This is the last time fixing the eve was mentioned ,except when I ask him if he was going to fix it at the same time as the window on May 5,2017, and he said no. At this point the eve is not fixed and the large window is not finished. I paid another contractor to chaulk the inside of the windows that he refused to do after numerous times asking for it. I will not get out a paint can and finsih his installment of this window. He was paid for these services. I am still waiting on the free shutters he promised also that he never delivered. No, I am not satisfied as to his response.

I am rejecting this response because:
The window was painted. The eve has not been fixed yet. I was offered 200.00 not to have it fixed and I refused this offer. Although I am not sure why an inspection of the eve is nessasary when it has been viewed and dicussed  numerous times over the last 7.5 months. That is what I am told is there next step.

On May 15, I spoke to the homeowner in regards to the complaint response.  At that time, we discussed the eve and the interior of the large window.  Per her request, the interior of the window is being painted today, Wednesday May 17.  In regards to the eve, we are having it further inspected to see if there is any possible resolution to the homeowners complaint.  On May 16 I spoke to the homeowner to let her know the painter would be at her home around 9am on Wednesday and that I would have the eve inspected.  I will be in communication with the homeowner regarding the eve once it is inspected.

The homeowner has been in contact with our office manager, Michelle, almost weekly.  The picture window mentioned was installed correctly; it was just the wrong window.  Our manufacturer sent the wrong window to be installed.  Instead of leaving something that could leak, we installed...

this window temporarily while the correct window was being sent to us.  Once the window arrived and the weather cooperated, the window was installed on May 6, 2017.
