Review: They will not send me my receipt for the towing service I paid for. They continue not to call me back after promising they will. I sent them a copy of my bank statement showing I paid and waited for the promised call back and never received one. This has been going on for a week now and even talked to the owner. He was the one to promise the call back and failed to do so. He also told me I would not receive my receipt. It seems like I talk to the same person each time, yet each time I get a different story about why I can't get my receipt.Desired Settlement: I want my receipt.

Review: Abt stoled my truck claiming it was sold as an abandoned vehical,claims it was sold at auction on july 28th 2014..I am getting red light tickets for it..its still in my name so it didn't go to auction,,the state has no records of it going to auction..its still my truck according to the state no records of it being towed..but all of a sudden the tow company is coming up with records they sent me mail about it..but no records in the states computers on it,no record of the sale with DoR and they like to get paid..Desired Settlement: I want my truck,,I want abt to pay for tickets its gotten while they have had it.and wheres my stuff that was in the truck?

Review: Agreed to pay $200 compensation for their damage done to towed brand new BMW motorcycle. Four phone call promises from owner ([redacted]) to send ASAP over the last two months have not been followed through on. Latest request a week ago has been ignored.Desired Settlement: $200 (am more bothered about being lied to than the $ and want to help others avoid same situation by giving negative review/complaint)
