This letter is being written to address the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding her 2005 Town & Country. On December 20, 2017, we repaired a pan leak on Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle. On January 27, 2018, the vehicle returned to our facility with one of the transmission lines leaking...
transmissions fluid. Both repairs were completed at a cost of $85 each. When the vehicle left our facility, reverse was working. The vehicle is 2005 Town & Country with 153,000 miles. Things wear out on a vehicle, but there is nothing that we did to cause reverse to stop operating.
