This letter is being written to address the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding her Town & Country On December 20, 2017, we repaired a pan leak on Ms***’s vehicleOn January 27, 2018, the vehicle returned to our facility with one of the transmission lines leaking transmissions fluidBoth repairs were completed at a cost of $eachWhen the vehicle left our facility, reverse was workingThe vehicle is Town & Country with 153,milesThings wear out on a vehicle, but there is nothing that we did to cause reverse to stop operating
