Review: I went to AB wireless to see if they could tell me the problem with my phone and to see if they could repair it. The owner [redacted] said no because it is the Port Charger and we can't do it, he proceeded in telling me that if I Jesus Would give him $100.00 Dlls. more he would give me a brand new phone, I said I don't have that kind of money on me so I walked out of the store. I went to the store right next door to AB Wireless the name of this business is "[redacted]" and asked the gentleman behind the counter the same questions and proceeded in telling him that if he could fix the port charger and he immediately told me "YES" he charged me $40.00 dlls. and told me that he would call me to tell me when it was ready. They never called me. So I came to check on the phone and another gentleman behind the counter tells me that the gentleman who took my order for fixing my phone had been deported and deported all his merchandise as well. He proceeds in telling me that he can't do anything about my problem. I told him I need you all to find my phone or pay me what I bought for the phone. they said "NO" when I mentioned to complain to you all and to make a police report they started to join together both AB wireless and [redacted] and decided that they could give me $100 dlls. and call it even. I refused it seems that both companies are the same one and they are scamming people and their money. They sell faulty or refurbished phones at high prices and it's wrong because after they get damaged they say they can't replace them and we loose our hard earned money.I refuse to get scammed. It's the principle of having a business and keeping customers happy. I still don't think that we hard working citizens should be treated this way it's unprofessional and unethical what I do for a living is hard and I feel that getting scammed this way is not fair. Thank You for taking the time in reading my complaint.Desired Settlement: I feel that if they can't replace my phone for "FREE" or they should give me my $400.00 dlls that I paid in the first place.

before anything AB wireless and [redacted] are 2 different entities.

[redacted] purchase a brand new [redacted] 1 sv for [redacted] on the [redacted] from ab wireless I attached a serialized invoice of

the distributor so it can be verified that it was new. he walked in ab wireless somewhere in july saying he needs to warranty out the phone cuz it was not charging I ([redacted]) told him that he cannot claim warranty because the screen of the phone was shattered I can try to fix the charging and it will cost $40 to do it we try to fix it but we could not so without charging him a "penny" we returned the phone in the same condition. he took the phone and end up in repair xpert on the [redacted] invoice attached as well with time and date they could not fix it either and did not charge a "penny" than he walked in to ab wireless and ask me if there is anything we can do so I told him it will cost him $100 and I get it warrantied out I never mentioned him how but I was going to fix the lcd and then send in for warranty and I knew it might work he ok it I send it got a new phone back than he change his mind due to financial reson or I dont know why but than he start claiming he

just wants his same phone back I was telling him that its sent to warranty he got upset talk rude and walked away. He came back twice after filing this report calm n collected on checking him old phone came back or not but its next to impossible to get the same phone back. I am willing to work with the customer but what making me upset that he did not provided accurate info to Revdex.com even now I am willing to work with him and instead of $100 charge him $50 since it gotten too far but free is not fair.

and he did not purchased the phone for $400 the break down are as follows:
