A Bad 71 Camaro

bought an item and the description did not match the product sent out I still bought the item cause I needed what was on the picture not the description product was not compatible with what I had seller told me to send it back when they got it they said it was used and parts where missing the same parts that are not in the picture and they did not sent . when I called the seller he said he wasn't refunding back anything and my only two options were picking up the product or it was going in the trash. I live in california and they are in georgia this happened after calling several times cause he kept hanging up on me numerous times I i have pictures of the invoice and a buiness card where I had to go buy the item elsewhere the product he said I bought cost about 150the one I bought was 117
