To The In Regards to: Hot Air ExpeditionsI paid $2,200.00 for eight tickets. We had our first appointment, which was for eight people, in 2010, they cancelled because of weather, and the next attempt was on March 06, 2012 where we had another appointment. They cancelled on us again. I would like a refund in full because I paid for a service and they cancelled that service twice. The company now says that we are on a "stand by" meaning we can only get in when there is an opening, which was not what we originally agreed to. It is not my fault because they cancelled on me twice because of weather but I do believe that the weather was no that bad for there to be a cancellation twice. They have three choices: refund me in cash, refund the trade company, or put me on an original appointment. I do not want to be on a stand by. I am a very busy businessman. I want to be set on an appointment. Either I get one of these options or I will sue in small claims.Sincerely,[redacted]
